in september 2015, i left the ivory tower as an ordinary undergraduate student, joined the herocean supply chain management group, and sent to africa in september of the same year.

    as a freshman, i have no work experience, lack of experience, only a little shallow theoretical knowledge learned from books, although the foreign faction is ready, but it is still a strange term. i have been working and living in rwanda for more than two years now. i still remember that when i first arrived here, i was an ignorant teenager. i was full of curiosity about everything. i was very embarrassed with the locals, and i had a lot of laughter and anecdote. after a long time in the local area. after living and living with the locals, i have a thorough understanding of the local culture and realize a world different from ours. the original ignorance gradually disappeared and replaced by the work experience accumulated here. form your own attitudes and methods.

      

     in rwanda for two years, i grew up from a cashier's statistics to today's rwandan company's industry and trade manager, accumulating more and more experience from the most basic work, stepping up myself step by step, from being selected as the best rookie to the most good staff, from the newcomer to the "old man", step by step to improve themselves, two years time, can have this growth, it is beyond my expectations. in my heart, i always feel that i have a long way to go with this honor. this kind of thinking has always spurred me to work hard and keep learning so that i can truly claim this honor one day. here, i would like to thank you for your cultivation and appreciation. thanks to the group for giving our young employees such a platform to show their self-ability. i am also particularly grateful to the leaders at all levels for their trust and help. in the future development, i will do my best to realize my potential. , develop yourself and make better achievements in this piece of responsibility.
